Hi, we're Emily and Mike — the people behind Crossroads Farm.

We're based in New Egypt, NJ. Emily grew up in Freehold and made the move out here recently, we started noticing somethings that kind of bugged us.

We're surrounded by farms out here. Really good ones. But actually getting that food — without driving all over the place or settling for whatever's at the grocery store — was way harder than it needed to be.

That's where Crossroads Farm comes in. 

Before this, you could find Emily at craft shows. For years she sold handmade art at local markets and fairs, and honestly that experience taught her a lot — how to connect with people, how to build something from nothing, and how much it means to support something local and handmade over grabbing whatever's cheapest and most convenient.

But life moves, and so do we. This is our next chapter.

And the timing feels right for more reasons than just us. Grocery prices are out of control. Supply chains are a mess. People are asking harder questions about where their food actually comes from — what's in it, how it was grown, who touched it before it got to their plate. The microplastics conversation alone has us all rethinking things we never used to think twice about.

We get it. We're asking the same questions.

We want to be clear about something — this isn't a CSA. You're not locked into a box of whatever's ready that week. Crossroads Farm is a free choice membership, meaning you shop what you want, when you want, and we deliver it to your door. Local food, on your terms.

We're still early in this. But that's kind of exciting to us. This is a real thing being built by real people, right here in New Egypt.
